When we began our search for a new addition to our family, Seaside Pups came highly recommended by friends—and they exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, Kaycee and Samantha truly listened to what we were looking for and quickly presented us with several wonderful options. They were incredibly thorough, providing detailed descriptions of each puppy and helping us find the perfect fit for our family. A few days after bringing our puppy home, she began struggling to gain weight, and once again, Seaside Pups became our greatest support. Kaycee offered helpful advice and checked in regularly. When our puppy continued to have difficulty thriving, they graciously welcomed her back for a few days to provide extra care and support. What happened next is something we will never forget—our puppy required around-the-clock care, and Samantha quite literally nursed her back to life. She handled constant feedings, including throughout the night, and kept us updated every step of the way until our puppy was strong enough to come home again. Even now, they continue to be an incredible resource. They are always quick to respond, whether we have an important question about feeding or something as simple as choosing the right chew toy. Their support truly doesn’t end after you bring your puppy home. Our biggest takeaway from this experience is that Seaside Pups’ top priority is always the well-being of their puppies. From start to finish—and long after—you can see that their focus is on the health and happiness of each dog. Their level of care, dedication, and follow-up is truly exceptional.
