Medical or training problem?

Q: Our Puppy is 13-weeks and was potty trained with the rare accident. He is holding it all night and not even eating the last feeding we give him at 7:00. Yesterday, he had 4 accidents in the house after being let outside 7 times. It made no sense. Not sure what to make of it. Could it still be a bladder infection even though he is holding it at night?
A: If he consistently withholds urination through the night a bladder infection is not likely. There probably were others maybe subtle changes in his routine. The next step is just to see if it even repeats. You have to implement reprimand/corrective measures for the incidents if they reoccur.
