Feeding puppy

Q: my 3mos old mini goldendoodle is 10lbs, playful and happy but only eats the royal canin puppy kibble if it's with chicken. I boil the chicken, no salt added, and shred the chicken to small pieces and combine with his kibble. he also likes when I give him about 1/4c of the chicken broth. questions: 1. is chicken broth good for him every meal? 2. should I include skin and bones when I boil the chicken? 3. is 1tbsp kibble per pound of body weight 2x a day am/pm substantial feeding? he doesn't like lunches. thank you.
A: To me the more parts of the chicken in the boil the better although you would feed only the meat or strained broth.  A 10 lb puppy at that age would eat around 2 cups per day in 2 or 3 feedings.
