January 24, 2019, 3:25 PM- Q: I have a new puppy and need to activate the warranty. The account shows only my old puppy. Can't find a place to activate the warranty for my new puppy. Thoughts?
- A: As long as you have an active account your warranty is valid, you do not need a second account.
