Eating Too Much

Q: How do I know if my puppies are eating too much? I have two and one is 1 pound the other is 2 pounds

A: The only time I worry about a puppy eating too much is if they have been away from food for an extended period, like with travel or in another unfamiliar environment. Puppies can eat too much at one time but as fast as they are growing it is difficult to eat too much.
