Q: I think our puppy is truly exhibiting what I've heard and read from everyone...that a puppy doesn't want to do their business where they live and sleep. He will hold what he needs to do until we let him out of the palace and then go. For example, catching him in the act of about to have a bowel movement. We put him back in his palace to redirect and he never would go. The second we let him out he finds a place in t house to go. I feel like our progress is regressing. Suggestions?
A: I am not sure whether your goal is indoor pad training or outdoor training. That has a big influence on your approach. Also I am not sure how long you have had your puppy and the palace. Let me know and I will try to help.
