Q: My 4 1/2 month old Teddy Bear is constantly getting into something. When is it approximate to tether her? Example. She will not just sit on my lap, always has to be puppy biting and trying to get on the table beside my chair.

A: You can use a leash at any time when you are present.  Try to spend more time playing in an appropriate area on the floor.
