Not Much Progress with Training

Q: I have a 5 month old shorkie that is still not potty trained. He will go outside when we are out there, but when we come in he will pee and poo there too. Not just in one spot all over the house. I clean it up right away to get rid of the oder and I do use a stern voice NO NO and bring him to the door and tell him Outside, but it has not helped at all. this has been going one for almost three months. Help Me Please !!!

A: We may need to talk about this to get to the heart of it. If you can provide a convenient time and number to speak with you I will try to help. Basically it all revolves around your reprimand/correction are not having any impact. There needs to be stern and rapid change to have a chance.
