Aggressive to strangers

Q: My biting 1 year old Maltipoo jumps up as people come into our home or yard repeatedly. Then she will bite the fingers or whatever is "hanging down" from the persons body. She continues to do this even after they have said "Hello" to her until I take her away. She tries to do it to our family when we come home, as well but it is much easier to get her to stop.
A: I am not sure from your description whether your puppies intent is playful, protective or aggressive. Since you are in control of the meeting simply having her in your arms or have her on leash slid under your foot so she can not jump up. Repeat this with every visitor for a month.
