Pad and Outdoor training
August 14, 2018, 8:59 PM- Q: Is it possible to train a puppy to use a pee pad and go in the grass? Our Cavapoo is 9 weeks old and we are pad training her now. I am reluctant to take her in our backyard to expose her to grass until she is fully vaccinated. Thank you.
- A: You can use a combination of both types of training, work at the pad mostly first. Most puppies reserve the outdoor part easier than the pad so that transition is not usually difficult.
