Q: Hello, Our pup Cheerio was fine the first two days with the pee schedule and was doing on the pee palace only. Today he behaving very differently and peeing only on the floor. What should I do to him back to pee palace? How to let him know not to pee on the floors and should do in the pee palace or a pee pad only. Thanks Maithili
A: Most likely there has been another change in his routine, try to identify that. He should be in the palace unless actively engaged with you. You need to interrupt any activity (play, sleep, eating) and put him in the palace until he eliminates. There should be an immediate reprimand if he makes an error coupled with a rememberable corrective measure, if you use a timeout it cannot be in the palace.
