Q: I puppy who is 9 weeks old and sleeps and naps in the puppy palace, she was getting stuck under the lift eventually we had to remove the lift and use a blanket, my new concern is she’s eating at the wee pad and unhooking all the metal clips , any suggestions?

A: Chewing up the pads does not pose a health risk, the clips should fir snug enough not to come off easily. Sometimes it is necessary to tighten the bend in the clip to prevent them from coming off.
