From the very beginning, Samantha was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and made the entire process of bringing Jefe home feel easy and special. Jefe came into my life at a time when I honestly needed him more than I probably even realized. He has brought so much happiness, love, and positive energy into my life and has quickly become my little best friend. I genuinely couldn’t imagine life without him now. What made the experience even better was how much Samantha genuinely cared. She was always there to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. It never felt like I was simply purchasing a puppy. You could tell she truly cared about Jefe and about making sure he was going to the right home. Jefe has been healthy, happy, loving, playful, and everything I could have hoped for.
