Poochon Breed Info
The Poochon is a designer dog breed that is created by crossing a Bichon Frise with a Toy Poodle. This small doodle breed is known for its cute looks and playful personality. Poochons typically weigh between 6 and 17 pounds and stand at a height of 9 to 15 inches.
One of the notable features of Poochons is their hypoallergenic coat, which makes them ideal pets for those with allergies. Their curly, non-shedding coat requires regular grooming to keep it healthy and free of tangles.
Poochons are social dogs that enjoy the company of their owners and other pets. They are known for their friendly, outgoing personalities and are great with children. They are adaptable to different living situations and make good apartment dogs.
Although they are small in size, Poochons require regular exercise and playtime to stay physically and mentally healthy. Daily walks, interactive playtime, and training exercises can help meet their exercise requirements and keep them mentally stimulated.
Poochons are lovable and playful dogs that make great family pets. Poochons can live long and healthy lives, usually ranging from 12 to 15 years. It's important to note that like all breeds, they can be prone to certain health issues, so regular vet check-ups are recommended.
